About

A native of Silicon Valley, Marcello Lanfranchi (he/him) has been hooked on soap operas since he was a toddler. In September 2003, he began writing a narrative story. Drawing inspiration from Desperate Housewives, General Hospital, and other favorites, he titled it: Tomorrow Waits For No One, a sudsy homage to the dramas that have enthralled his imagination forever. In his free time, Marcello studies Italian, attends SAG-AFTRA events and screenings, and is currently traveling throughout Oceania, Europe, and the UK.

Cayetano Valenzuela (he/him) is a Chicano artist and illustrator. He creates comics that integrate his love of fantasy and magical realism with his Chicano cultural perspective. Cayetano and his wife own and operate their lettering and illustration studio, Black Rabbit Studio, in upstate New York. Cayetano is currently working on a Chicano folk horror comic collection called The Ghost, to be published by Field Mouse Press (2026). His work appears in Ahoy Comics, Image Comics, Drawn to Type, and IdN Magazine. His other comics along with his illustrated prints are found on his website The Black Rabbit Studio.

Emmy-nominated writer/producer Brandon A. Schultz (he/him) brings his passion for character-driven storytelling from Star Trek Discovery to his role as EP of Tomorrow Waits For No One. A Morehouse College graduate and current Rideback Circle fellow, Schultz wrote the NY Public Library award-winning graphic novel Blokhedz and has developed projects for Marvel, Simon & Schuster, and Cartoon Network. When not creating compelling drama, he shares his expertise in the Film Dept at Morehouse College, teaching episodic writing while mentoring the next generation of storytellers through Film 2 Future, and as a Loyola Marymount University graduate film mentor.
